Project Summary: MSI was awarded a three-year contract with USAID / HAITI called raptus KONEKTE (Konesans raptus E Konpetans Teknik). The project aims to strengthen the capacity of selected raptus governmental and non-governmental organizations raptus and the private sector by recruit, mobilize, supervise, and support a framework for technical professional staff to improve the implementation of the government's strategy U.S. for economic renewal in Haiti after the earthquake. Job Description: Management Systems International is looking for a customer relations manager in food and economic security instructions for KONEKTE program. The successful candidate will provide administrative raptus support, supervise technical specialists, and facilitate communication between customers and specialists. Responsibilities: Manage customer relationships with individual customers in the field of food and economic security. Clarify work plans for clients in coordination with recruiters if necessary. Assist customers to be their main point of contact, and address their specific issues (eg recruitment for new positions or issues in human resources). Track bills specialists and coordinate requests for payment with the accountant.
Qualifications: A master's degree in international development, international business, economics, agriculture, health management, education, human resources, international law, or any other industry related. Minimum of ten years of experience in technical expertise in the areas of food and economic security projects with USAID or other donors. Extensive experience in recruiting and monitoring the delivery of services in technical expertise. Ability to create a professional network of relationships in promoting initiatives for food and economic security. Ability to deliver results in accordance with specifications and customer needs, customizing relationships with different customers. Ability raptus to work in teams and perform several tasks at once. Fluency in English, French and Creole.
