No, but I can not pass it frankly. The scene of the wet shirt fueled my dreams p

As good resolution 2014, I decided to start a project called highly intellectual read as a psychopath all the novels related to Jane Austen (LCPIRRJA).
The story: Jane Hayes, thirty and New York has everything a normal girl, except his almost pathological obsession with the fictional Mr. Darcy Pride 's and Prejudice. Specifically, Jane fantasizes about the interpretation of the hero of Jane Austen by Colin Firth in the BBC adaptation. His love life is doomed for years, not a real guy does Ankle-Fitzwilliam Mr. Darcy, as we all know for a long time.
Fortunately for Jane, an old great aunt charitable p & g takes the initiative to offer him in her will spend three weeks at Pembrook Park, an upscale center dedicated to AA (Austen Addicts). Customers live like a novel from their favorite author and are immersed in full Victorian England. Jane Hayes decides to accept this stay a little p & g strange, to forget once and for all the shadowy p & g Mr. Darcy who, despite his many qualities has the notable absence of non-existence.
At the risk of shocking AA, I'll admit a scandalous secret p & g regarding fantasies about heroes of literature, I've always been more than Heathcliff Mr. Darcy. Even more outrageous, even choose a Mr. Darcy from Mr. Darcy (sacrilege careful, sensitive souls do not read), Matthew MacFadyen as Darcy in the adaptation Pride 's and Prejudice Joe Wright in 2005 (see the web announcement) makes me want to run naked in the rain in the Hampshire countryside screaming p & g "me, me me, marry me, me," while the wet shirt Colin Firth in the BBC adaptation of which seems unleash passions on the Internet leaves me neither hot nor cold. *
Anyway ... Enough of digression. This fundamental disagreement does not prevent me from enjoying the book by Shannon Hale. The idea is downright funny, the universe is made, full of winks to the novels of Jane Austen, in characters, plot or dialogue that will delight fans. Review your classics a bit before reading, because Shannon Hale is clearly on the assumption that his readers, like her heroine, knew by heart all the characters and the novels of Austen and would not need subtitles.
The novel was made into a movie with Kerri Russell in the role of Jane, but the release date is still unknown in France and Shannon Hale wrote a sequel: Midnight in Austenland, which chronicles the adventures of another heroine, Charlotte Kinder at Pembrook Park.
To conclude: A love story all pink for big romantic and Austen p & g Addicts, a heroine not always unglazed, but endearing, characters that make us smile and a well-fed by a reversal of last minute late.
* On the other hand I'm not a reference, I hate Edward Cullen and I would not hesitate for a second before dropping like a hot to put me on Jacob, and that does not even come talk to me Peeta and Gale debate in Hunger Games, I might hit someone. Original title: Austenland Author: Shannon Hale Genre: Chick Lit First publication date: 2007 (Bloomsbury) Original Language: English Country of Origin: USA Publisher in France: Editions Charleston Title in French: Maid in Austenland Number of Pages: 256 Publication p & g in France: 2013

Yes quite agree with you Jacob, I love vampires (the real ones, the ones that scare) but when they are neurasthenic as Edward Cullen, well not anything ... Anyway I love your article, it has me recalled a former p & g colleague who was blocking on Mr. Darcy Colin Firth version of ^^
I also have good resolution for 2014 reading Jane Austen and derivatives, which prompted me to open a challenge on Goodreads, you're welcome if you heart says. Happy New Year and good reading
No, but I can not pass it frankly. The scene of the wet shirt fueled my dreams p & g for years, I also regularly throws buckets of water on my husband to the replay (but not yet mastered the pout). Well I'll have to borrow it from the library I hope they ...
However, p & g I really do but really p & g not the image that Robert Pattinson gave Edward Cullen. At the base, so in the book, I loved Edward even if the personal at times it is true
