The territory of Dimbelenge, Kasai Occidental almirah in the territory almirah of Dimbelenge, Kasai-Occidental, less than 10% of students participated in the national final test of Primary Education (Tenafep). The students do not show up in the center because, for them, the Tenafep is useless, because having or not a certificate of completion of primary education, we go to high school.
Yet the Thibola advisor confirms the existence of an instruction that prohibits next class of children who do not have a certificate. He accused some principals of secondary students not to accept certificate holders.
