At Housefull we do not commit a particular time, but we are very firm when it comes to delivery dates post dispatch of goods. But sometimes due to some external reasons or natural occurrences it gets delayed, hohenstein still despite of all odds at Housefull we strive hard to deliver it as soon as possible. If defect is found in the product by the customer within 1 year so he/she can call our customer care immediately to lodge a complaint for the same. Depending on the nature of complaint hohenstein the issue is resolved, so if it is due to manufacturing issue it is resolved free of cost and if it is due to wear & tear the customer will be charged a certain amount. We strive hard to resolve the complaints within 10-15 days from the date of registration of the complaint.
